How does the subscription work?
Our firewood subscription is super easy, and you’re in control. Simply choose your:
- Preferred order size – Starter Kit, Winter Warmer, or Ultimate Log Burner
- Wood type – tailored to your stove or fireplace and personal preference.
- Delivery frequency – from 2 to 5 times per year
We take care of the rest—cutting, kiln drying, packaging, and delivering premium firewood straight to your door.
Can I customize my subscription?
Yes! You can customize:
- Quantity
- Wood type (mixed, oak, or ash)
- Delivery frequency
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes, you can reschedule deliveries through your account dashboard or by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance.
Is there a commitment or contract?
Because you’re able to start receiving deliveries right away, we kindly ask for a minimum 3-month commitment when you join our membership programme.
After that, you’re free to cancel or modify your subscription at any time—no hassle, no pressure.
